The address is in the old medina, which is the part nobody finds on the first try. You meet at a central point on Derb Dabachi and someone walks you in, free of charge. If you would rather turn up by yourself, the exact address arrives after you book.

The house is the point. It is an old traditional one, lived in rather than kitted out as a school, and the class happens inside it.

At least two Moroccan chefs run it, and they take the cooking step by step. Beyond the pans there is time for how things are done here, which is the part a recipe never carries.

Three hours. Up to fifteen travellers per booking, in English, French or Arabic. The ingredients and equipment are covered, and so is the meal: a fresh Moroccan salad, one tagine of your choice and a fruit salad for dessert, finished with a mint tea ceremony. The room has air conditioning.

Private transport and alcohol are not included.
