Ten Tastings at Midday in Hanoi, in Six Languages
A midday tour, which is worth noticing because most Hanoi food walks run in the evening and the daytime version reaches a different set of stalls.
Six to eight vendors across three hours, and ten tastings between them. The stops are the working ones: pavement kitchens, small restaurants, the places the Old Quarter eats at lunchtime.
The drinks are counted rather than vague. A bottle of water. A glass of local fresh beer. A rice wine. An egg coffee. And a local dessert to close.
The unusual part is the languages. This one runs in German, Vietnamese, English, Italian, French or Spanish, which is rare in Hanoi and worth checking if English is not your first choice.
Up to fifteen people. Everything listed is included in the price.
